   Day 1

   Arrival in Paro → Thimphu

   Arrive at Paro International Airport, one of the world's most scenic airports surrounded by Himalayan mountains. Meet our local representative and begin the beautiful drive to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital city. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax. In the evening, explore the lively Clock Tower Square and local markets.

   Day 2

   Thimphu Full-Day Sightseeing

   After breakfast, explore Bhutan's fascinating capital city. Visit the magnificent Buddha Dordenma, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world, followed by the National Memorial Chorten. Continue to the Motithang Takin Preserve to see Bhutan's national animal and visit traditional handicraft centres. In the evening, explore the impressive Tashichho Dzong.

   Day 3

   Thimphu → Dochula Pass → Punakha

   After breakfast, check out and drive towards Punakha through the spectacular Dochula Pass. On a clear day, enjoy panoramic views of the eastern Himalayan ranges and visit the beautiful 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens. Continue to Punakha and visit Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of the Divine Madman, before checking into the hotel.

   Day 4

   Punakha Full-Day Sightseeing

   After breakfast, visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, dramatically situated at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Explore its impressive traditional architecture and beautiful courtyards. Later, visit the famous Punakha Suspension Bridge, one of Bhutan's longest suspension bridges, surrounded by spectacular mountain and river landscapes.

   Day 5

   Punakha → Paro

   After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic return journey to Paro via Dochula Pass and Thimphu. On arrival in Paro, check into the hotel and relax. Later, explore Paro town, visit local handicraft shops and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the beautiful Paro Valley.

   Day 6

   Tiger's Nest Monastery Hike

   After an early breakfast, begin the unforgettable hike to Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as Tiger's Nest. Dramatically perched on a cliff approximately 900 metres above the Paro Valley floor, it is Bhutan's most iconic spiritual landmark. Enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery throughout the hike before returning to Paro for your final overnight stay.
